This sunny & airy Helms bakery location provides ample seating and parking, as well as pasta art climbing the walls.

Chef Paola Da Re, her son Francesco Sinatra and her daughter Giorgia Sinatra opened Pasta Sisters, a tiny, 12-seat pasta shop in a strip mall in Arlington Heights two years ago.

A Popular Mid-City Pasta Shop Expands to Culver City

Pasta Sisters, the Mid-City strip mall restaurant specializing in affordable handmade pasta, opened its second location in Culver City on Sunday, March 4. The new location takes over the former Bucato space in the Helms Bakery complex, keeping that address a temple to all things noodles and sauce.

The stretch of Pico Boulevard between Western Avenue and Arlington Avenue is lined with auto shops, laundries, Oaxacan cafes and Korean restaurants. Since September, Arlington Heights is also home to one of the best Italian values in the city: Pasta Sisters.
