Almost every recipe at Pasta Sisters has a family story behind it that is as important as the ingredients of the dish itself. Chef Paola spends countless hours searching for the best ingredients that both Italy and California have to offer, and her dishes are the result of a balance of family traditions, quality ingredients, and her personal touch.

FRESH PASTA

Our pasta is made in the house every morning. We start at 5am by mixing 00 flour, eggs and extra virgin olive oil. Our flour is different and you can feel it with the very first bite. Why?

GNOCCHI

What I loved the most was helping my mother make gnocchi. It was hypnotizing to watch her make the dough. Her movements were so elegant, it looked like she was  was dancing."

SAUCES

Spaghetti with Tomato and Basil sauce is a very simple dish and going to a restaurant to order it could sometimes be considered a waste of money, but I really suggest you to try it at least once! Why?
