SALMON AND CREAM
Your Salmon and Cream box contains two servings of sauce. Please follow the heating, serving and preservation instructions for the best Pasta Sisters experience at home.
BEFORE YOU START
We recommend to defrost the sauce overnight before cooking.
Heat the Salmon and Cream sauce over medium heat in a sauté pan large enough to fit 2 portions of pasta. Stir occasionally. When happy bubbles form on top, turn off the heat.
Add pasta to the sauce in the sauté pan and heat over medium to high heat. Stir vigorously or flip it until pasta and sauce are perfectly bounded together.
** If you do not have the time to defrost the sauce prior to cooking, we recommend to heat the frozen sauce over LOW heat. When sauce is completely defrosted raise temperature to medium heat until sauce reaches a boil. Turn off the heat and follow STEP 2.
The Salmon and Cream sauce is available only for pre-order (at the Culver City location) or on Locale. Our products do not contain preservatives. In order to preserve the freshness, our cream-base-sauces are flash frozen right after they are made. Keep it frozen until you are ready to cook or keep it in the refrigerator and use it within 3 days.
