GNOCCHI COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Your homemade gnocchi box comes with two portions. Please follow the cooking, serving and preservation instructions for the best Pasta Sisters experience at home.
BEFORE YOU START
DO NOT defrost gnocchi before cooking.
Boil a pot of water, add salt (approximately 1.5oz salt per each gallon of water), bring water to full running boil before adding frozen gnocchi.
Add frozen gnocchi to boiling salted water. When they rise to the top (after about 2 minutes), transfer gnocchi with a slotted spoon to a pan/bowl with sauce. Repeat process with remaining gnocchi.
Gently toss it with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
** When cooking frozen gnocchi we recommend cooking a maximum of one portion in a pot at a time. More than that and the water temperature could drop too much for it to cook properly.
Our gnocchi are flash frozen right after they are made. Keep it frozen until you are ready to cook and use it within 3 months.
