RAVIOLI COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Your homemade ravioli box comes with two portions. Please follow the cooking, serving and preservation instructions for the best Pasta Sisters experience at home.

Homemade ravioli

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1
Boil a large pot of water, add salt (approximately 1.5oz salt per each gallon of water), bring water to full running boil before adding frozen ravioli. 
 
STEP 2
Add ravioli to boiling salted water. Stir occasionally and cook for 7 - 8 minutes.
 
STEP 3
Gently drain ravioli, toss it with your favorite sauce and enjoy!

SAUCE RECCOMANDATIONS
Spinach & Ricotta filling --> tomato and basil, arrabbiata
Porcini mushroom filling --> butter and cheese, black truffle
Pumpkin filling --> butter and shaved ricotta salata

 

** When cooking frozen ravioli we recommend cooking a maximum of two portions in a pot at a time. More than that and the water temperature could drop too much for it to cook properly. Once pasta is in the water, wait for the water to boil again before you start counting 7 - 8 minutes.

PRESERVATION

Our ravioli are flash frozen right after they are made. Keep them frozen until you are ready to cook and use it within 3 months.
