Your fresh pasta box comes with two portions of fresh spaghetti, tagliatelle or pappardelle. Please follow the cooking, serving and preservation instructions for the best Pasta Sisters experience at home.
Boil a large pot of water, add salt (approximately 1.5oz salt per each gallon of water), bring water to full running boil before adding pasta.
Add pasta (fresh or frozen) to boiling salted water. Stir occasionally to separate the noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
Drain pasta, toss it with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
** When cooking frozen pasta we recommend cooking a maximum of two portions in a pot at a time. More than that and the water temperature could drop too much for it to cook properly. Once pasta is in the water, wait for the water to boil again before you start counting three minutes.
Keep pasta refrigerated and use or freeze within 7 days.
If you purchased our fresh pasta from Locale the product was flash frozen right after it was made. Keep it in the freezer until you are ready to cook or keep it in the refrigerator and use it within 6 days.
